Herluf Bidstrup (September 10, 1912 - December 26, 1988) - Danish cartoonist. Today almost forgotten in the West. He travelled to the former DDR and the Soviet Union. In addition to political cartoons he produced other works depicting everyday life and human foibles. He is still very popular in Russia.

Herulf Bitstrup was one of the greatist cartoonists the world has ever known. Seeing the world around him, he created pictures of everyday activities in a way only he saw life. He showed every concept of everything, and transformed it into a world filled with comical events, which reflect the world we live in.
